What data we collect
We collect the account email you use to sign in, the domains you add for monitoring, scan results we generate for those domains, and your alert preferences (including whether you receive email alerts and monitoring reminders). We use this data to provide the service and to send you transactional and alert emails.
What we don’t do
We do not send email on your behalf. Scans are read-only: we look up your domain’s public DNS and related configuration; we do not modify your DNS or mail servers.
Email delivery
We use third-party providers (e.g. Resend) to send transactional and alert emails. Those providers process your email address and message content in accordance with their own privacy and data processing terms.
Deletion and requests
To request deletion of your account and associated data, or for other privacy-related requests, contact us at support@inboxreadyapp.com.
